We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through our loan services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain loan products and services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Prior experience in telecalling / sales is an advantage
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Basic knowledge of loans/finance is a plus
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
