We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors and dealers, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify current business opportunities and increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Automobile, Consumer Durables, Electrical, or Building Materials is an advantage.
- Chennai Zone , Maduari Zone , Salem Zone , vellore Zone

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,106.44 per month
