Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced Export Sales professional to drive global business development in petrochemicals and specialty chemicals. The role involves acquiring and managing HNI/NRI clients, distributors, and bulk industrial buyers across Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Export Sales

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand export sales across global markets.
- Acquire and manage distributors/agents; build long‑term client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize orders.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade norms.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and legal experts for smooth operations.
- Lead participation in trade fairs and government export initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and report region‑wise performance.

Candidate Profile:

- Commerce background with proven B2B/B2C export sales experience.




- Strong knowledge of industrial oils, petrochemicals, and real estate assets.
- Expertise in export documentation, compliance, and global market regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Portuguese/Spanish language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Self‑motivated, field‑oriented, and open to international travel.
