We're Hiring: Finance controller(Assistant to CFO)

Exp: 3 to 5 Yrs

Location: Navalur- Chennai

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented finance skilled to join our team in a key role suppovrting the CFO. This is a mid-level finance position offering broad exposure across finance, taxation, reporting, compliance, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Preparation and analysis of MIS reports, management reporting, and financial dashboards

✔ Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance review and variance analysis

✔ Working capital management, cash flow monitoring, and budgeting support

✔ Coordination and support for statutory audits, internal audits, and financial controls

✔ Handling Direct Tax and Indirect Tax compliances, assessments, reconciliations, and reporting

✔ Support in financial planning, forecasting,



and business performance analysis

✔ Monitoring receivables, payables, and overall financial health of the organization

✔ Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies

✔ Liaising with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required

✔ Assisting the CFO in strategic finance initiatives, board presentations, and management reviews

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
