Espire Hospitality Group is a fast-growing hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through its brands, including Country Inn Hotels & Resorts and ZANA Luxury Resorts. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in driving business growth and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and corporate rate agreements.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and account records.
- Track inquiries, follow up with clients, and ensure timely responses.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with Finance for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Schedule client meetings, sales visits, and internal review meetings.
- Support the Sales team in managing RFPs, tenders, and corporate account documentation.
- Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with company policies.
- Liaise with Marketing for promotional materials, campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales management systems.
- Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and familiarization trips.
- Handle correspondence with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales processes, corporate sales, and revenue coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality companies.
- Exposure to corporate, travel trade, MICE, and wedding sales coordination.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and CRM platforms will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
