Founded by an alumnus of IIT Delhi, AssetMax provides turnkey solutions for development &

maintenance of Logistics Parks across India - including land acquisition, land-use change and

other government approvals, planning and construction of logistics parks, office interiors,

warehousing fit outs and facility maintenance.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for acquisition of land parcels (agricultural and/or industrial) at different

locations pan- India. This includes:

1. Identification of the target location based on a study of the client’s business

requirements in the city

2. Obtaining proposals from land owners & consolidators through different sources

(Brokers, referrals, Advertisements, LinkedIn posts etc.)

3. Doing initial screening of land based on location, shape, price and terrain

4. Doing site visits of shortlisted land parcels to do a physical inspection and gauge the

land’s suitability for our Projects (approach roads, terrain of land, HT lines, neighborhood

etc.)

5. Have preliminary discussions with the land owners

6. Present multiple suitable land options to the management

7. Do due diligence – Financial & Legal

a. Doing research to understand prevalent market prices in the target location.

b. Collecting and studying the land papers.

c. Coordinating with appropriate legal team for Due Diligence of the land ownership.

d. Understanding the permissions that would be needed for doing the project, what





the process is and who the relevant Govt. agencies will be.

e. Preparation & execution of LOIs, Agreements to sell and sale deeds.

8. Post purchase - follow ups to ensure that mutation is done and all relevant Govt. records

are updated to reflect the new ownership

Candidate Profile:

 Should have 3-7 years of experience handling large land acquisitions at multiple

locations. Should be well versed with land records and the different aspects of acquiring

agricultural land.

 Candidates with experience in buying/selling of small residential plots need not apply.

We do land acquisitions in the 4 to 50 Acres range and candidates need to have relevant

experience.

 The position is based out of our Delhi office but the position requires frequent travel.

Candidates should enjoy travelling as they will be spending most of their time travelling

outside Delhi.

 Candidates who are already residing in the NCR are preferred.

 MBAs, Engineers, LLBs and plain graduates /post-graduates are all eligible to apply if

you have relevant experience.

 Candidates should be able to work independently. We need self-starters who are

organized and can multi-task.

 Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
