· Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection as per control plans

· Verify dimensions, fitment, and visual quality of components and assemblies

· Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, and test equipment

· Inspect motor parameters such as winding quality, insulation, alignment, and assembly

· Identify defects such as scratches, misalignment, improper assembly, or electrical faults

· Segregate non-conforming materials and initiate rejection process

· Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation

· Ensure adherence to inspection standards, SOPs, and quality procedures

· Coordinate with production team to rectify defects and improve processes

· Support root cause analysis for quality issues

· Ensure traceability of inspected components and products

· Participate in quality audits and process checks

· Follow safety guidelines and maintain discipline on shopfloor

· Maintain 5S in inspection area

· Ensure calibration validity of measuring instruments before use

Pay: ₹8,448.71 - ₹31,992.69 per month
