Dispatch Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate the daily dispatch of finished goods as per customer schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Transport documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, PPC, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Verify product quantity, quality, packing, and labeling before dispatch.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
- Track shipments and update customers or internal teams on delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch records, gate passes, vehicle details, and dispatch registers.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed during dispatch.
- Monitor loading activities to prevent damage and ensure safe handling of materials.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and dispatch requirements.
- Handle dispatch-related issues such as shortages, damages, or delivery delays.




- Maintain inventory accuracy by coordinating with the Stores department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch MIS reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve dispatch efficiency and reduce transportation costs.Key Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Knowledge of E-way Bill, GST documentation, and invoicing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
