Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company's services.
- Generate quality leads and schedule customer appointments for the Sales Executives.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment scheduling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer confidently.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated.
