Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Support trading floor users with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors for hardware or software issues.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and incident records.
- Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure during market trading hours.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting financial or trading environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,355.42 - ₹40,809.05 per month
