We're Hiring | Digital Marketing Executive (Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO & Google Ads)

Are you a creative marketer with a passion for design, content, and digital growth? The Navigators is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help build impactful campaigns in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities;

- Design engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Edit high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms using Premiere Pro, CapCut , After Effects, or similar software.
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and design techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Skills Required;

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.




- Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and campaign management.
- Familiarity with social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication in any of the following languages( Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam) is mandatory.

Experience

- 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, or a related role is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio, relevant skills, and a passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
