1. Design & Planning

- Create building designs and concepts based on client needs
- Develop detailed drawings.
- Ensure designs are functional, protected, and aesthetically pleasing

2. Client Consultation

- Meet with clients to understand requirements, budget, and preferences
- Present design ideas and revise plans based on feedback

3. Technical Responsibilities

- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Work with materials, structural systems, and sustainability practices

4. Project Management

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Monitor construction progress to ensure design is followed
- Manage timelines and budgets

5. Site Visits & Supervision

- Visit construction sites to review work
- Solve design or construction issues as they arise

Skills Required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
