Key Responsibilities
- Recruit a minimum of 10 Life Advisors every month.
- Build, manage, and develop a team of Life Advisors.
- Ensure that at least 2 Life Advisors become active every month, with each advisor generating a minimum business of ₹30,000.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to advisors.
- Achieve recruitment and business targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in sales, insurance, banking, recruitment, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
