- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ Vocational Course)

- Technical Skills to Look For

Must-have (basic level is fine):

- Windows OS troubleshooting (installation, drivers, updates, BSOD basics)
- Networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, ping/tracert, printer/network troubleshooting)
- Hardware troubleshooting (PC assembly basics, printer issues, peripherals)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams, outlook etc.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory (user creation, password resets, permissions) — even conceptual knowledge will help.

Nice-to-have :

- Any exposure to server OS (Windows Server basics)
- Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM systems.
- CCNA/basic networking certification.
- Soft Skills (arguably more key at this level)
- Good Communication skills.
- Patience and a service mindset — desktop support means dealing with frustrated, non-technical users regularly
- Willingness to learn — at intern level, attitude matters more than existing depth of knowledge
- Basic English proficiency (verbal + written)

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per day
