AUTOMATION ENGINEER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

- Should have handled medium and large scale process automation systems with minimum 700 I/Os.
- Hands-on experience in Development of Application Software like PLC/ HMI / Graphic User Interface Screens and reports generation.
- Valuable understanding of Reading P&ID;, Electrical Drawings and Controls (Closed-loop, Open-loop) Documents.
- Good knowledge of Instrumentation (Digital/ Analog Instruments).
- Good understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation Control Panels and their wiring diagrams.
- Good experience with Hardware Configuration, Integration and testing of SCADA System.
- Good exposure on the Server-client configuration of SCADA systems.
- Good knowledge of Network protocols (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet,



Modbus, Profibus).
- Good exposure on preparing Test Bench Setup.
- Prior Experience in Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation.
- Experience: 3-6 years.
- System Knowledge: Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley)/ Siemens. Experience in Allen Bradley systems is preferable.
- Domain Knowledge: Process Automation.
- Application Knowledge: PID Controls, Process sequencing, Report Generation, Batch and Recipe Management.
