Job Description: Tele callers

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team at a leading online B2B platform to sell used cars for Chandigarh location.

If you have good communication & negotiation skills and a passion for sales, this is a excellent opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain about our used car stock & offerings.

· Handle customer inquiries and provide information about used cars & negotiate pricing.

· Follow up with leads and focus to convert within the given TAT.

· Payments follow up as per the payment guidelines.

· Coordinate for vehicle delivery as per the SOP for delivery.

· To achieve targets as per monthly targets.

· Maintain a database of reporting as per the company SOPs.

· Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:





Qualification: 10+2 or any graduate

Skills: Good communication & negotiation is a plus.

Experience: Preferably from Automobile experience background, used cars experience OR New Car sales experienced for min 1 to 2 years & Male/Female both can apply.

(Experience in Automobile Industry is must)
