Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our E-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and sales-focused ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

· Develop lead generation and sales campaigns for E-commerce products

· Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions

· Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages

· Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools

· Optimize product feeds and shopping campaigns (if applicable)

· Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management





· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and paid advertising trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising

· Proven experience in E-commerce sales campaigns

· Robust knowledge of:

o Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

o Conversion tracking & analytics

· Understanding of sales funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting

· Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI

· Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup

· Experience scaling ad budgets while maintaining profitability
