1.Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely book closure.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Streamline and manage consolidation of group entity accounts.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and best practices.

2.Compliance & Statutory Filings

- Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory compliances, including:
- TDS
- PF, PT, and other payroll-related compliances
- Manage and oversee ROC compliances, including:
- Annual filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.)
- Event-based filings
- Coordinate with external consultants for income tax, tax audit, and transfer pricing matters.

3.Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

- Oversee AR functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis.
- Manage AP processes such as vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense controls.
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve payment or reconciliation discrepancies.

4.Cash & Treasury Management

- Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows and working capital requirements.

- Support banking relationships and manage payment processes.
- 5.Audit & Tax Coordination
- Coordinate and support statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
