A leading Aviation Training Academy in Bangalore is hiring an HR Recruiter with domestic BPO recruitment experience. **Position:** HR Recruiter **Location:** Bangalore **Experience Required:** Minimum 1–2 years in domestic BPO hiring/recruitment **Joining:** Immediate hiring ### Key Responsibilities * End-to-end recruitment for the academy * Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media * Screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews * Handling onboarding and candidate follow-ups * Maintaining recruitment databases and reports ### Preferred Skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in bulk hiring and tele-calling recruitment * Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Office * Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace Salary and incentives will be offered as per industry standards.
