Job Summary:-

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves managing channel partners, generating B2B and C&I; business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the solar solutions and services offered by Solastice Renewables Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:-

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Generate B2B and C&I; leads for rooftop solar projects.

Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, EPC partners, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional, and corporate clients.

Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and negotiations.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and business offers.





Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.

Ensure timely order execution, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Organize dealer meets, promotional campaigns, and customer awareness programs.

Qualifications:-

Mininum 2 Yeras+ Experience in the Solar Industry,(Perfered) Automobile,or Telecom Sector will be given perference.

Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.

MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business Administration) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,096.86 - ₹50,000.89 per month
