We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Back Office who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information through inbound calls, emails, or chats while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Willing to do Night Shift & Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints, queries, and concerns in a timely manner
- Provide correct information regarding products, services, and policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets and quality standards
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
