- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in application design and configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience working with software development lifecycle methodologies.

- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
