We are currently hiring an experienced and talented, user cantered UI/UX Designer to join a cooperative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Solving complex user problems through user interface design
- Need a hardworking candidate
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Graphic Design.

Required Skills

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop




- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- Hands-on experience on Figma.
- Must know how to create a prototype on Figma.
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Must know the web and mobile app guidelines.
- Strong conceptualization & visual communication ability.
- Create a simple and user-friendly site flow & design.
- Execute all visuals from concept to design to the final stage.
- Ability to work done on time.

Software Knowledge

Adobe range software (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign)

Wire framing software (Adobe XD, Figma)

Experience (min. 1 year required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
