Role Description

Draftsman will be responsible for creating architectural, submission, construction drawings and maintaining on-site drawings coordination in medium/ large scale projects.

Qualifications

- Proficient in creating architectural, submission and construction drawings
- Experience in spatial planning fundamentals/ standards - shafts, staircases, utilities, ramps etc.




- Good structure framework understanding - column grids, framing, beam depths etc.
- Proficient enough to be able to make observations in consultant drawings
- Solid drafting skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD. Skilled in Sketchup will be added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with architects, designers & engineers
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, Course in AutoCAD

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹99,999,999,999.00 per month
