Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and diagnose infrastructure issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of disruptions.
- Skilled in coordinating with various technical teams to implement effective solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on maintaining high availability and reliability of services.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
