We are hiring an L2 Engineer (Immediate joiner) to manage and troubleshoot servers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, and desktop/laptop systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in server and network management and provide effective IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and desktop/laptop systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Ensure system performance and network security.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven L2 support experience.
- Strong knowledge of server, network, and desktop/laptop management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught.
- Robust reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
