- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting and incident management processes.
- Experience in creating and implementing Requests for Change to support system enhancements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and service management teams for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Understanding of operational stability principles and best practices in technology support.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
