Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify franchise leads through various online and offline channels.
- Identify potential franchise partners across different cities and states.
- Conduct telephonic discussions, virtual meetings, and face-to-face presentations with prospective franchisees.
- Explain the BANKEDGE franchise business model, investment details, operational process, and business opportunities.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise setup, onboarding, branding, and operational support.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expansion locations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Participate in franchise exhibitions, business events, seminars,



and networking activities when required.
- Ensure a smooth transition from franchise onboarding to business launch.
- Provide ongoing support to franchise partners to ensure successful operations and long-term relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and sales abilities.
- Experience in franchise sales, education sales, B2B sales, or business expansion is preferred.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Robust follow-up and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Email Communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
