About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Junior Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team at Syndell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, a willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute effectively to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy robust web solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable front-end and back-end code.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services for seamless functionality.
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously research and implement best practices to improve development efficiency.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js.
- Back-End: Node.js and/or PHP (Laravel or Express.js preferred).
- Database: MySQL and MongoDB.
- Version Control: Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- API Development: RESTful APIs integration and creation.
- Other Skills:
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture and web application lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
