Position: Graphic Designer Intern
Employment Type: 3-month Internship + Full-time Opportunity
Location: Noida Sec-136, India
Pay: ₹10,000-₹12,000 monthly

About the Role

We're looking for a high-potential Graphic Designer who doesn't just "design" -
but thinks in brands.
This role is for someone who understands that design is not decoration - it's positioning, storytelling, and perception building.
If you're strong in illustration, visual storytelling, and brand identity, this is for you.

What You'll Do

- Create high-quality visuals for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Develop custom illustrations aligned with brand narratives
- Work on brand identity systems (colors, typography, visual language)
- Translate business ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Assist in building pitch decks, LinkedIn creatives, and website visuals
- Collaborate with founders & marketing team on brand positioning strategies
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs

What We're Looking For

- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma
- A solid understanding of design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color)




- Ability to create original illustrations (not just Canva-based work)
- Understanding of branding and visual identity systems
- Basic knowledge of marketing & audience perception
- Someone who can think, not just execute
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Bonus Points:

- Experience with startup branding or personal projects
- Motion graphics / animation basics
- Experience designing for LinkedIn or B2B brands
- Ability to take creative ownership of projects
