We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Student Counselor to guide students in choosing suitable short-term job-oriented courses. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact with students and parents professionally.
Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding short-term courses and career opportunities
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in students
Follow up with leads generated through social media and advertisements
Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement support
Maintain student inquiry records and admission follow-ups
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Positive attitude and convincing skills
Freshers can also apply
Experience in counseling or telecalling is an added advantage
