Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience In Real estate

- Handle accounts, including bank reconciliation and month-end closing
- Prepare reports, including monthly management reports and cash flow reports
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers
- Maintain documentation and filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Protect client and company confidentiality
- Build relationships with clients and manage existing relationships
- Identify gaps and growth potential
- Explore untapped opportunities
