We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in offset metal printing and coating for food can manufacturing. The candidate must have hands-on experience in printing/coating operations along with production planning, quality, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end metal printing & coating production operations
- Handle offset printing machines and coating lines
- Ensure production planning, scheduling, and target achievement
- Perform and supervise preventive maintenance (hands-on)
- Monitor quality standards, shade matching, and ink formulation
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and FSSC 22000
- Lead team management, training, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with supply chain and internal departments
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization




- Handle audits (internal & customer) and safety compliance

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
