Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team at

Decormart Studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior design or

furniture sales, with a strong understanding of client handling, space planning, and material

presentation. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying recent business

opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project closures. If you

have a passion for interiors and a proven track record in sales, we’d love to have you on our

team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities in the interior design and furniture segment.

2. Meet with clients (individuals, architects, builders, and corporates) to

understand their interior requirements.

3. Present design concepts, materials,



and quotations in coordination with the

design team.

4. Manage end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to project closure.

5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

7. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design)

2. Proven experience in B2C interior sales / modular furniture / architecture.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.

5. Passion for design and a good understanding of materials and finishes.
