We are looking for a Dynamic Operations Manager to enhance our Guest Experience

A hotel operations manager oversees daily hotel functions, coordinates departments like front desk , housekeeping , Maintanence & F &B; , and ensures high guest satisfaction while managing budgets. This role requires robust leadership, problem-solving, and hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Department Coordination: Manage daily work between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service.
- Guest Relations: Solve guest problems quickly and keep service quality high.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead team members.
- Financial Control:



Track daily expenses and manage department budgets.
- Safety and Rules: Make sure the property follows health, safety standards

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
