Sr. Content Strategist

Job Description

- - Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with the brand goals.
- Creating a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and results of marketing campaigns and recommending ways to improve future content performance.
- Creating and managing relationships with external content creators and influencers.
- Working with the legal and compliance team to ensure the content complies with content governance guidelines and policies.
- Owning the content strategy for a website and managing the entire content creation process from ideation to publication.
- Identifying trends, content gaps and target audience preferences.
- Ensuring content creation for different platforms and distribution across multiple platforms and channels.
- Developing and studying essential KPIs and metrics of content performance by working collaboratively with the data and analytics team.
- Guiding the content production team for SEO optimisation,



video editing and graphic design to make it user and search-engine friendly.
- Staying updated with the industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing directly or indirectly.

Requirements

- - Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Extensive experience with content creation, strategy building and content marketing.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like Hubspot.
- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.
- Valuable understanding of user behaviour and user experience design.
- Familiarity with email marketing and social media marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of best practices used to enhance user experience (UX).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Ability to work with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software.
