- Find and hire new agents (DSAs) to sell chit schemes.
- Train agents on how to explain dividends and bidding to customers.
- Give agents monthly targets for bringing in new subscribers.
- Monitor agent performance and help them close big deals.
- Check customer documents (KYC) to ensure they are correct.
- Ensure the first subscription amount is collected on time.
- Build a strong network of agents across the assigned region.
- Calculate and process agent commissions accurately.
- Verify that subscribers are credit-worthy to prevent future defaults.
- Conduct regular meetings to keep agents motivated and active.
