Job Title: Senior Manager – Lubricants Business

Location: Sambalpur, Odisha

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, sales growth, customer relationship management, collections, and coordination with company officials. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations while driving sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the branch. Lead and supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets. Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings. Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Handle dealer, retailer, workshop, industrial, and fleet customer accounts. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Coordinate with company officials regarding claims, schemes, approvals, and business development activities. Process and monitor company claims, incentives, and related documentation. Review sales performance, collections,



and market coverage regularly. Maintain proper stock planning and coordination with office staff. Conduct daily and weekly review meetings with the sales team. Ensure discipline, productivity, and smooth functioning of the branch.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution, dealership, FMCG, automotive, lubricants, tyres, batteries, cement, or related industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in handling sales, collections, customer meetings, and branch operations. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and billing/accounting software.
