We are hiring Customer Relations Officers for both freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry. Candidates with prior experience in domestic airline ticketing will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, with solid communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Role Summary
The Customer Relations Officer will handle customer interactions professionally, support booking-related queries, assist with domestic airline ticketing processes, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. This role is suitable for enthusiastic freshers willing to learn as well as experienced BPO professionals looking to grow in the travel and airline support domain.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
