1. 7+ years of experience in PLM/PDM data migration, covering end‑to‑end planning, extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
2. Hands‑on experience migrating data from both homegrown systems and commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) data management applications into Windchill, including handling legacy data structures and custom attributes.
3. Robust proficiency with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and ETLV tools, with the ability to design, configure, and optimize migration pipelines.
4. Experience in migrating CAD data (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, NX)
