We're looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students and guide them through their first steps with us.
Role Overview
We're seeking a confident and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in studying abroad. You'll be the first point of contact for many students, so a friendly, informative, and consultative approach is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads interested in studying abroad and provide information on courses, universities, and countries
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond promptly to student queries
- Explain the consultancy's services, application process, and next steps clearly
- Schedule counseling appointments/consultations for the admissions team
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture them through the enrollment funnel
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu
- Confident phone manner with strong persuasion and listening skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM/lead management tools
- Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejections
- Prior experience in education consultancy or study-abroad counseling is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
