Job Description Responsible for developing architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives. Involved in design development from concept to working drawings, integrating services such as MEP and structural elements. Prepares detailed architectural drawings and plans. Produces comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and technical details. Ensures all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations. Prepares and submits permit applications. Collaborates with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Conducts site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design adherence. Manages project timelines and budgets.



Liaises with clients to understand project needs, provide design solutions, and deliver regular updates. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, strong knowledge of codes and construction methods, solid communication and problem-solving skills, and a portfolio showcasing diverse architectural work. Qualification B.Arch Experience 0-2+ year(s) Skills AutoCAD, SketchUp, Robust knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
