We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage professional emails and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on pending tasks, client requirements, and documentation.
- Follow up regarding pending payments and maintain payment status records.
- Handle dispatch activities and maintain dispatch records.
- Maintain operational data and documentation accurately.
- Support day-to-day administrative and backend processes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and professional writing skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in Backend Operations or Administration.
Salary: Up to 30k pm
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi (New Delhi District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
