You have:

- A degree or professional qualification in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising , Retail Design, Graphic Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Significant experience in interior design, visual merchandising, retail design, store planning or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge of customer behavior, retail trends and visual presentation techniques.
- Experience translating a brand's identity into engaging and commercially effective customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities.




- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities (text) As the Deputy Communication & Interior Design Manager, you will lead the team responsible for interior design, visual merchandising, store layout and graphic communication. You will create inspiring and seamless customer experiences that strengthen the brand, showcase the product range effectively and contribute to business growth.
You will:

- Lead, inspire, coach and develop a high-performing Communication & Interior Design team.
- Create inspiring store environments that encourage customers to explore, engage and purchase.
- Ensure store layouts, room settings, product displays and visual communication are aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives.
- Use customer insights, market trends and shopping behavior to develop relevant and engaging design solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, commercial activities and store updates.
- Partner with the Store Manager and cross-functional teams to support business priorities and drive commercial performance.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience throughout the entire store journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Manage projects,



resources and priorities effectively to deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Recruit, develop and retain talented co-workers while building future capabilities within the team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Act as a role model for leadership, inspiring others to contribute to business success and exceptional customer experiences.
