Job Title: MIS Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Excel & Advanced Excel. The candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, along with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint. The role also requires good communication skills and a responsible attitude toward ground-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
- Work extensively on Excel (Advanced Excel tools required)
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in records
- Generate reports such as attendance sheets, operational data, and performance reports
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee and field data updates
- Maintain and track vehicle related data, costs, and operational records (preferred – automobile industry exposure)
- Support day-to-day MIS and reporting activities

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)




- Valuable understanding of data management and reporting
- Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of letter drafting (optional)
- Good communication skills (especially for on-ground coordination)
- Responsible and accountable attitude toward work
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and data handling ability

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any field (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / BCA preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Executive / Back Office Executive
- Prior experience in the automobile industry preferred
