Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of coworking desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through online platforms, referrals, networking events, brokers, and corporate outreach.
- Conduct visits and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into memberships while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, freelancers, and corporate clients.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, incubators, and startup communities to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM records, and daily sales reports.
- Negotiate commercial terms and prepare proposals, quotations, and membership agreements.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Community teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for recent members.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy.




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, networking events, and community initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure high member satisfaction and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, business development, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
