Job Summary:

Our leading granite manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant. You will handle database management, market research, and back-office marketing support. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and computer systems is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Management: Maintain, clean, and update client and lead databases using MS Excel daily.

· Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports using advanced Excel functions.

· Market Tracking: Update price lists, stock sheets, and customer databases.

· Coordination: Assist the marketing team with order processing and documentation.

· Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly marketing status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (B. Com, BBA, BSc, or equivalent).

· Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



and formulas.

· System Knowledge: High speed in data entry and internet research.

· Industry Focus: Prior experience in granite or manufacturing is a plus.

· Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with teams.
