We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting in overall daily necessary accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
- Assisting in preparing annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintaining records of sales and purchase. Managing petty cash.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle reconciliations.
- Preparing tax invoices, PI's for the clients as needed.
- Handle tax preparations, filings, and liaise with auditors or tax consultants as needed.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely payments for the vendors.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
