Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Specialist)



who can handle end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding, and HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
- Identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidate’s technical understanding and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
- Valuable understanding of IT roles, skills, and technical stacks (e.g., developers, designers, testers, network engineers, etc.).
