We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record all day-to-day financial transactions.
- Handle purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expense bookings.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including regular follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Handle GST-related accounting work, including GST reconciliation and preparation of data required for GST returns.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of vendor payments, customer receipts, advances, and outstanding balances.
- Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records and reconcile stock data with purchase and sales records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, outstanding reports, and other management reports as required.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants,



auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and government departments when required.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary accounting records and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper filing and systematic maintenance of financial and statutory documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information and records.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and general accounting procedures.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing, retail, trading, or construction company will be preferred
- EFP and ESIC Challan generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
